I am taking a side trip in this issue to discuss some problems growing like cancer in our society today. I have a vision of an army of Christians marching down the Main Streets of America, singing "Onward Christian Soldiers, Going as to War, With the Cross of Jesus,... " reclaiming what the enemy has stolen from us.

Unfortunately, it is so unpleasant to stand against what is Politically Correct these days, the great Moral Majority has become the Silent Majority! That has to change!

The ministry continues to reach the lost and we are seeing more interaction with Mormons and Masons. I received a call last week from a Representative of a Shrine Temple, inviting me to present the problems with Freemasonry to their members. They have allotted me 3 hours in which to do this. Now, that's a first! I will have already done this by the time you get this N/L.

I will let you know what happened in the Update Report for March. It will be twice its usual size, because I have so much to tell you! Last week, I received a news clip of an article in the January 7th Des Moines Sunday Register. Headlined, "Nightmare drags on for family from Cedar Rapids." This lengthy report describes how Masons and the FBI stormed the home of a man just a few hours after he was buried. The shocked and frightened family described it as though the Gestapo had arrived. They confiscated most of his belongings citing a charge settled 25yrs ago, that he had secret Masonic books belonging to the lodge. An unbelievable story. The FBI! You won't believe it could happen in America....or would you? Ask for a xerox copy and I'll send it.

My mother is home again after her stroke and doing very well, and I am personally feeling great again. Please keep us in prayer. We continue to pray for you, especially those who send in your prayer needs. Next month, I will be begin including a prayer list with each mailing to help you pray for specific needs.

An article in the paper the other day really got to me. It was reporting on a recent survey that stated over 60% of high school honor roll level students admitted that they cheated with homework and with tests. The reporters were shocked and deeply disappointed. They cried out, "Where did the schools go wrong?"

The answer was beyond their understanding. You see, the schools went wrong when they removed every root of Christianity and Christian ethics from the system. Instead, children have been taught that there are no absolutes. Everything is OK. You only have self to answer for.

That's when the gay and lesbian groups came into the schools. That's when students involved in Witchcraft and Satanism openly brought their once secret practices into the classrooms and hallways. That's when the Bibles went out and the pornography came in, when the Ten Commandments came down from the walls and the gay and lesbian help line numbers went up (at the same time Christian help line numbers are forbidden). What did they expect would happen?

I was channel surfacing Saturday when the horribly demonic looking characters in a cartoon caught my eye These dark creatures from the under world were in battle with equally frightening but shiny beings from the surface world, who had wonderful, mystic powers. Suddenly, demon faced spirit beings of dead rulers of the under world came forth to impart wisdom, saying that the under earth creatures must join now with their brothers from the earth's surface.

These chief demons spoke in deep godlike voices and they spoke perfect King James English, copying the spoken word of the scriptures. Both the good guys and the bad guys obeyed them. Coincident? Hardly. Our kids are being prepared for the anti-Christ right before our eyes.

These cartoons are primarily feeding children who are under 10 years old and are now just a small part of what is bombarding our youth. I scanned several Computer catalogs and checked out what was available for our kids in the new world of the computer age. Do you have any understanding of what is happening there? Just how easy it is for our children to be drawn into an abyss of frightening horror just at the touch of a computer mouse?

The world of the INTERNET and CD-ROMs which offer the closest thing to virtual reality is taking the children of America down a terribly occult and evil pathway.

Along with CD ROMs for such games as Dungeons and Dragons, the children can tie into INTERNET forums for interaction with other game players. The titles ranged from Cheet Sheets, a CD ROM that asks "Got an Exam? Didn't read the book? This is the CD-ROM for you!" to the game CD-ROM, Hell, which boasts, "Beyond imagination, to the pits of man's fears, lies a new breed of evil, Hell." Or try out Rise of the Triad: Dark War, which offers "The unrelenting blood and fire rampage of your most twisted nightmares." Another CD-ROM offers "your private doorway into the vilest depths of satanic power."

What kind of sick, evil people create these abominations? What goes through the minds of companies that sell them to children. Dear parents, get control of this stuff before it is too late!!!

The Seattle PI (an area daily) recently reported on a bill that is before the State Legislature. It dealt with parental rights. Some parents feel it is wrong when the school brings their children to an abortion mill without their knowledge. They are upset when the school hides medical information from them, such as in the child testing positive for AIDS, because of the child's right of privacy. They are upset over their loss of control over their own minor children. They are upset over the spirit of rebellion that permeates the school environment as our public educators eat away at every parental right.

This bill will hopefully restore many of these parental rights. Yet, the PI headline on the issue was "Legislator's sob stories..." keying in on and mocking one Legislator's narration of some of the horror stories out there. What brash media bias!

He had the audacity to attend a large pro-life rally at the Capitol and in a statement that took less than a minute, spoke on the sanctity of all human life. The reporter, Joyce Taylor, went for the throat, obviously deeply offended that he would "use his office" in such a manner. He pointed out that no one seemed to be as bothered when other public officials, including one who was filing a formal complaint against him, spoke and supported anti-life or gay agendas.

This is the same station that applauded Seattle Mayor, Norm Rice, when he led the Gay Pride March in Seattle. They somehow avoided the photo ops of the gay men marching along with him with their genitals exposed or their reenactments of gay sex along the way. No shots of the bare breasted lesbians, either.

And they wonder why 60% of high school honor students admit cheating on exams and homework? What do they expect is going to happen when evil is exalted as good and good is reviled as evil?

It's time to make up your mind! It's time to either be activists and get vocal about these things or stand by and watch the greatest recruitment program for the pits of Hell in the history of mankind. What's your choice?

The Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the State of Indiana publishes a small book titled, INDIANA MONITOR AND FREEMASON'S GUIDE. A "Monitor" is given to every Mason when he is raised to the degree of Master Mason. Under "Declarations of Principles" they state that the Lodge "is a social organization only so far as it furnishes additional inducement that men may forgather in numbers, thereby providing more material for its primary work of education, of worship, and of charity."

What is the attitude of the Lodge toward a Christian who seeks to become a Mason? The monitor of the Grand Lodge of South Carolina, THE AHIMAN REZON, reveals the answer.

"There he stands without our portals, on the threshold of this new Masonic life, in darkness, helplessness, and in ignorance. Having been wandering amid the errors and covered over with the pollutions of the outer and profane world, he comes inquiringly to our doors, seeking the new birth, and asking a withdrawal of the veil which conceals divine truth from his uninitiated sight." (page 61)

When a man is initiated into Masonry, the Senior Deacon of the Lodge describes him as one "who has long been in darkness, and now seeks the light."

"Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.." (John 8:12 )

In MYSTIC MASONRY, by J. D. Buck, the following Masonic teaching is found: "It is far more important that men should strive to become Christs than that they should believe that Jesus was Christ." (page 62)

"The perfect man is Christ: and Christ is God. This is the birth-right and destiny of every human soul." (page 86)

What does Masonry teach about salvation?

The true Mason is not creed-bound. He realizes with the divine illumination of his lodge that as a Mason his religion must be universal: Christ, Buddha or Mohammed, the name means little, for he recognizes only the light and not the bearer. He worships at every shrine, bows before every altar, whether in temple. mosque or cathedral, realizing with his truer understanding the oneness of all spiritual truth." ( page 65)

MORALS AND DOGMA, by Albert Pike was published by the authority of the Supreme Council of the Thirty Third Degree. Masonry holds an alternate view of Jesus Christ and salvation. Pike reveals in MORALS AND DOGMA that they hold an alternate view of Lucifer as well. Lucifer is presented as not necessarily evil but, rather an agent of liberty and free will. Pike states that Lucifer is the source of Masonic Light.

"The devil is the personification of Atheism or Idolatry. For the Initiates, this is not a Person, but a Force, created for good, but which may serve for evil. It is the instrument of Liberty or Free Will. They represent this Force, which presides over the physical generation, under the mythological and horned form of the God Pan; thence came the he-goat of the Sabbat, brother of the Ancient Serpent, and the Light-bearer or Phosphor, of which the poets have made the false Lucifer of the legend." (page 102)

"Lucifer, the Light-Bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Is it he who bears the light, and with its splendors intolerable blinds feeble, sensual or selfish Souls? Doubt it not!" (page 321)

"But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness! " (Matt. 6:23)

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." (Matt. 7:21-23)

What does the Lodge say about Judgment Day? From Grand Lodge of Nebraska Monitor & Ceremonies -AF&AM:

"My brother, I now present you with the lambskin or white leather apron...[your covering].... when you stand before the Great White throne...." (page 18)

(The same text is also found many monitors, such as the Florida Monitor on page 118, in the Indiana Monitor & Freemason's Guide on page 56 and in the Kentucky Monitor on page 14.)

The Lodge teaches that its members will stand before God's final judgment at the Great White Throne judgment! But the Bible clearly teaches, in Revelations, Chapter 20, that the Great White Throne judgment is the judgment of the damned.

No Christian will face that judgment but Lucifer wants the Mason to stand before God with the lambskin apron as his covering rather than the blood of Jesus Christ.

If you call yourself a Christian and a Mason, will you continue to stand with those who disown Jesus? Will you go willingly to stand before God at the Great White Throne judgment before being cast into the fires of hell with the unbelievers or will you repent of your involvement in Masonry and make Jesus the Light in your life today?

"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. " (2 Cor. 6:17 ; 2 Cor. 7:1)

What other opinion really matters? If you have friends or loved ones who are Masons, won't you plead with them to leave Masonry and accept Jesus as their personal savior? Their salvation is assured only when Jesus is truly the real light of their life.

How can a man call himself a Christian and at the same time be a member of a religion which disowns Jesus Christ and sets up altars to other gods?

"Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist." (1 John 4:2 -7)

If the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him." (1 Kgs. 18:18, 21)

I would like to introduce you to a young Mormon woman. Her name is Miriam. That's not her real name, but her temple name. We have been in touch with Miriam over the last few years and we have been everything from friend and confidant to the enemy of God and the accuser of the brethren. Miriam has had an extremely difficult time in dealing with the knowledge that the church she loves is not a Christian church.

Last fall, she went to the temple and "took out her endowments." Much of what we had shared about the temple was right there before her eyes. Miriam has not yet made a break away from Mormonism, but she shared 24 pages of her Journal description of her temple experience with me. She said it was OK to release it if I kept her real name secret. So we use her secret name here, instead.

I'm not going to publish her diary in this newsletter, but if you want to have a xerox copy of it, in her own handwriting, use the return card to ask for one. Some of the pages are a little difficult to read, but I think this is an important document for those who have an interest in the matter.
