Spring Has Sprung!
| Dear Friends, It is such a busy time for us right now. We
are working to prepare material for inclusion on a special, Winter Olympics CD, which will
be part of a Media PR packet that we will give to almost 12,000 reporters coming from
throughout the world, to Salt Lake for the Olympics. We have been sending Jason out to
scout the land and meet with the many other Christian groups planning on being
there as witnesses for Jesus. As Jason shared his experiences from a recent trip with much excitement, I recalled Pauls words when he spoke about sending Timothy to the Philippians. He said, but I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timothy to you shortly, that I also may be encouraged when I know your state. For I have no one like-minded, who will sincerely care for your state. Phil 2:19-20 NKJV The Living Bible, a modern paraphrase of the Word that I have further adapted to fit this hour says this: If the Lord is willing, I will send my son, Jason to see you soon. Then when he comes back, he can cheer me up by telling me all about you and how you are getting along. There is no one like Jason for having my same zealous interest and concern for you; TLB/JED The one thing that Jason brings back every time is the realization that the battle to expose Mormonism is over. That work is done. The victory is won, but we now need to bring the mercy, love and truth of Christ to the refugees. That is the priority and our goal for this next season of time. It is a time of wonderful harvest. The fruit is more bountiful than I can remember. The Battle for souls lost in spiritual darkness has never been easy. It has been intense for our almost 25 years of ministry. However, we stand strong because of those like you, who stand with us in prayer and in financial support. Yet, I covet your prayers even more as we crank up the speed to the red zone, knowing that we have the opportunity to affect over 3 billion people as they turn their eyes to Salt Lake in just a few months. With all the attention focused on Mormonism this time, we have not forgotten our battle with Freemasonry and the lodges. We are involved with literally hundreds of contacts every week, the good the bad and the very ugly but we are seeing great fruit in lives changed, Pastors rescued, families set free. Please, Join with us in this wonderful work of truth and mercy. Pray about a special Olympic Gold Gift to help us reach a world out there. |

er
Ed Decker Excommunicated? For What? Here is an exact copy of my actual letter of excommunication from the Mormon Church. I am posting it because of the many vicious lies and rumors that continue to be spread about me, by Mormons who just cant understand that I would actually want leave the LDS church. Especially because I had become a born-again Christian. The actual original document is on file at the Special
Collections Library
THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHEST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS THE OFFICE OF THE STAKE PRESIDENT Bellevue, Washington Stake Nov. 14, 1976 Mr. J. Edward Decker Address Issaquah, Wa.[sic] 98027 Dear Brother Decker: In follow-up to the High Council Court held on October 21, 1976, this letter is to formally advise you that as of that date you were EXCOMMUNICATED from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. This was the result of your request that your name be removed from the records of the Church. (Emphasis added) As we hope you are aware, this action was taken without any animosity toward you by any member of the Church. In fact, our concern for your eternal salvation has increased rather than diminished. As of this time, you have cut yourself off from any part or portion of the Celestial Kingdom. We must remind you that when the final decision was made, you were the one who requested that your name be removed from the records of the Church. This decision was yours and yours alone. (Emphasis added) Fortunately for you, the days of your probation in this life are not past. You
still have the opportunity of making the principle of repentence [sic] effective in your
life. How successful you will be in this endeaver [sic] will be ultimately between you and
the Lord, but there is no minimizing the long, up-hill battle you have before you.
Anything we can do to assist you, working through your Bishop or anyone who may succeed
him, we will be more than happy to do. Nothing would give us more joy than to be able to
reconvene the High Council Court for the purpose of authorizing your re-baptism into the
Church. (Emphasis added) May the Lord bless you to accomplish this, Sincerely your brethern [sic] Signed: the 3 members of the BELLEVUE WASHINGTON STAKE PRESIDENCY |

| We are still seeing the results of the LDS Church
leaders blatant takeover of the ownership of the Olympics 2002 as their own personal
proselytizing project. Promising to bring thousands of eager Mormon missionary guides into Salt Lake and all the venues to help visitors, athletes and officials from approximately 80 nations understand their faith, the church is gearing up for the worlds most aggressive assault of Mormon propaganda ever seen. The cover picture of a recent Church News showed what they expect will be the awe and wonder of visiting media as they gaze up and around them at the beauty of the coming Mormon Olympic image. As we said in our last letter, more than 3.5 BILLION PEOPLE from around the globe will watch the games on TV and will, by forced positioning, "have little choice but to linger on the churchs nearby gothic temple, bristling with spires," topped off with the spotlighted, gold angel Moroni and the church. However, the location of the medals plaza alone guarantees that billions of people worldwide will be exposed to the churchs teachings. The spotlight will be shining on the church, which plans its own media operation barely a block from the Olympics official center, to handle requests from the 11,500 media representatives expected. Visiting Reporters Complain Venues Tour Turned Into a Pitch for Church, State, said the Sunday, March 18, 2001 Salt Lake Tribune. "Some reporters who participated in the Feb. 5-8 tour by the Utah Media Center (UMC) said they were misled by a "bait-and-switch" agenda that touted 2002 venues but instead was laden with trips to non-Olympic resorts and Mormon story pitches by LDS Church publicity volunteers." "You were sort of held hostage to the whole Utah experience," says Ron C. Judd, sports columnist for The Seattle Times. "I've been to Utah before, so the Mormon stuff was not a surprise, but I did not want to get sucked into the spin cycle."It is urgent that efforts get under way as soon as possible to defeat this blatant takeover by the Mormon Church. This is NOT their Olympics, but it will be if we do nothing. Some people already are! Recently, Jason went to Salt Lake City and followed up on some contacts that he had made with one group of Christians, called The Utah Games Network, which already has over 40 partnering Churches and Ministries signed up. . We will work within that framework for the great evangelism opportunities there. Utah Games Network UGN is serving as a voice to the Christian community to share the opportunity, vision and resources for the church to accomplish their own ministry objectives by taking advantage of the opportunities presented during the games. Evangelism materials and brochures will available for churches or ministries to download and distribute Training tools geared for Utah and the Olympics will also be made available. Their web address is www.utahgames.org
and you can contact them at: Remember, this group of Christian
zealots needs not only our prayers and our involvement, but they surely need our financial
support. Please, pray about sending them your best gift today, to make things a little bit
easier and a lot more effective. First Priority Souls Saved The first priority at the Winter Olympics has to be the winning of the lost to Christ. Jason has been working with churches in Idaho to send evangelism teams to Utah to work within the network already established through UGN. While knowledge of Mormonism will be necessary, the witness to the lost is the project, when many thousands fill the streets and venues. What an exciting time to be a witness for Christ and the good news of the gospel The Media Frenzy With 11,000 to 12,000 reporters wandering the streets, hunting for stories, Saints Alive will see to it that every one of them will have "The Rest of The Story." They are not being told that one by the massive LDS PR machine. We are preparing a Christian PR Media packet, which will include information on the many real Christian churches and ministries there, as well as several books, such as my Deckers Complete Handbook on Mormonism. If finances permit, we will include a copy of one of our videos, as well. To send funded teams to the games to work with UGN and put together 12,000 media packets, we are going to have to raise a lot more money than we have needed in a long time. Please pray about how you and/or your home church might help. We sure could use some special gifts toward this major project. Jason is traveling regularly to Utah to attend the planning and organizing meetings now taking place These Interesting excerpts from a Letter To The Editor of the Salt Lake Tribune sums up the local LDS attitudes about the Church takeover of the Olympics: No Surprises: "I think it's about time The Tribune stopped
whining. I know the takeover was close, but we Mormons here in the Salt Lake Valley have
supported and appreciate you. With 70 percent of the population of Utah being members of
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, it is not unreasonable that we will have
an influence on the workings and organization of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee. It
seemed obvious to everyone here in Salt Lake, with the exception of one government
official, the price that was being paid to obtain the Olympic bid
." " ..In addition, we are all aware that the church will use the Olympics to showcase our religion. The story of Utah is the story of religion, hence this should come as no surprise. The church has sent missionaries to 150 countries to tell our story, and now we have people from countries all over the world coming here. The former missionaries speak different languages, know the customs of others, and celebrate the diversity and athletic achievements of all nations. Don't you think that having these worldwide travelers volunteer will help with the success of the Games?" J. S. F. Bountiful |

The Masonic Secret Power Over Our Nation A curious piece of the Masonic conspiracy puzzle in the founding of America is the actual street layout for our Capital city, Washington, D.C.. Actually, its more the audacity of the thing rather than the conspiratorial nature of it. You see, the city was laid out in the form of the central Masonic Symbols, the Square, the Compass and the Rule. Winding about the streets of D.C. are a hundred such applications of the Masonic symbols. They are there by design and I can barely touch the simplest. Take any good street map of downtown Washington, D.C. and find the Capitol Building. Facing the Capitol from the Mall and using the Capitol as the head or top of the Compass, the left leg is represented by Pennsylvania Ave and the right leg, Maryland Ave. The Square is found in the usual Masonic position with the intersection of Canal St. and Louisiana Ave. The left leg of the Compass stands on the White House and the right leg stands on the Jefferson Memorial. The circle drive and short streets behind the Capitol complete the picture to form the head and ears of what Satanists call the Goat of Mendes or Goats head. On top of the White House is an inverted 5 pointed star, or Pentagram, which is one of the highest/level symbols of Witchcraft and Satanism. The point rests squarely on the White House and is facing South in true occult fashion. It sits within the intersections of Connecticut and Vermont Avenues north to Dupont and Logan Circles, with Rhode Island and Massachusetts going to Washington Circle to the West and Mt. Vernon Square on the East. The center of the pentagram is 16th St. where, thirteen blocks due north of the very center of the White House, the Masonic House of The Temple sits at the top of this occult iceberg. The Washington Monument stands in perfect line to the intersecting point of the form of the Masonic square, stretching from the House of the Temple to the Capitol building. Within the hypotenuse of that right triangle sit many of the headquarter buildings for the most powerful departments of government, such as the Justice Dept, U.S. Senate and the Internal Revenue Service. It would be great to know that our Capital is bathed in continual prayer and to believe that its buildings and monuments and been dedicated in prayer, but do you realize that most Federal buildings from the White House to the Capitol Building have had a cornerstone laid in a Masonic ritual and had specific Masonic paraphernalia placed in each one? Again, wonderful if we are talking about our one true God in all this, but such is not the case. The cornerstones of these buildings contain Masonic documents showing these buildings have been dedicated to the god of Masonry, Jah-Bul-On. - ED |
Mormonism by any other Name .is still Mormonism The Church Of Jesus Christ To further enhance their image as just another wonderful Christian Church, they have announced that they will now go by the name, The Church of Jesus Christ. While it is having a slow sell among the real Christian church and many reporters, you can count on them to project this new image throughout their take-over campaign. Yet, under the shiny veneer, the same spiritual darkness peeks out at the world. Here is just one example that they can change the name, but not the strong man.

all 4 sides of reconstructed LDS Nauvoo Temple. |

| OXYMORMONS by Ed Decker "My object in going to inquire of the Lord was to know which of all the sects was right, that I might know which to join. No sooner, therefore, did I get possession of myself, so as to be able to speak, than I asked the Personages who stood above me in the light, which of all the sects was right (for at this time it had never entered into my heart that all were wrong)--and which I should join. I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in his sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: "they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof. He again forbade me to join with any of them; and many other things did he say unto me, which I cannot write at this time. When I came to myself again, I found myself lying on my back, looking up into heaven" (Joseph Smith History 1:18-20)So, Why would the LDS church ever want its local leaders to be part of a group of preachers whom Christ Condemned? What an Oxymormon! Well, if that isnt enough to make you wonder, listen to what the Book of Mormon says about this same group of Christian pastors. " And it came to pass that he said unto me: Look, and behold that great and abominable church, which is the mother of abominations, whose founder is the devil. And he said unto me: Behold there are save two churches only; the one is the church of the Lamb of God, and the other is the church of the devil; wherefore, whoso belongeth not to the church of the Lamb of God belongeth to that great church, which is the mother of abominations; and she is the whore of all the earth." (1 Nephi, 14: 9-10) These pastors are said to be part of the church of the devil, part of the whore of all the earth. This doctrine was strongly supported for many years in the LDS temple ritual where we learned that such pastors as these were hirelings of Lucifer and taught "the Orthodox religion" for him. That orthodoxy included salvation by grace and a god who is spirit, not an exalted man, the very doctrines upon which these local pastors rest their faith. Why would the Mormons want any part of these organizations filled with pastors whom they believe have absolutely no authority to act in the name of God? Pastors, including even women, who do not have the authority to baptize people or bless the communion table because they do not hold the LDS priesthood? Whats it all about? Obviously, the Mormons havent changed a single doctrine, or repented of a single condemnation of the "rest" of Christendom. There is some other motive than joining with other "pastors" in fellowship. The answer is simple: they are on a campaign to infiltrate and disarm the Christian church. Remember, while they are sitting in these pastors meetings, the LDS missionaries are going door-to-door seeking to steal the flock while the shepherd is having lunch with the wolf. Its a great deal for the Mormons. If the pastors open the door to them, the missionaries can share how they are just another Christian church. "Why of course we are Christians! Bishop Smith is a member of the Pastors Association." If the pastors do close the door, the Mormons can cry out that they are being persecuted for their faith. It seems like it is a no win situation for evangelical pastors and churches. But, there is a simple way out and it will solve the problem every time. Have an application form ready that has the basic personal information as well as a statement of faith that includes Biblical inerrancy, the Trinitarian doctrine of God and Salvation by grace through Christ. Include a copy of the Apostles Creed (which is one of those abominable creeds that the Mormon Jesus warned Joseph about). Sample: "We hold that the Holy Bible is Gods inerrant eternal Word and is the sole, final authority for faith and practice; that Jesus Christ is Gods only begotten Son, Almighty God come in the flesh and humanitys only Savior; and that Gods grace through faith in Jesus alone will gain our entrance into the Kingdom of God. We believe in the Trinitarian nature of God as taught in the Bible, believing that God was in Christ redeeming the world by the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe in good works as a result of, rather than a means of salvation. We believe that the New Testament church, the Body of Christ is alive and well today, called to win the lost to Christ and expecting His soon return!" (Statement of Faith: Saints Alive) Welcome the Mormon Bishop to the fellowship. Ask him to fill out the application andcome on in. Call me if you ever have a Bishop sign it. He would be denying his faith, the whole reason for the Mormon Churchs existence.

From The Mail Box Dear Ed, I am e-mailing you from work because I crashed my computer at home. I read your book The God Makers. I think it is now my favorite book besides the BIBLE. I am an inactive member of the LDS church and have written two letters, one to my Bishop and Stake President asking to be taken off church records. I almost joined a Baptist Church near my house but something held me back. I hope this doesn't sound weird but I feel as though the church still has an emotional hold on me. I have tried to let it go for some time now. I was baptized in 1994 and never became temple worthy due to the fact I never stayed completely active. I let the elders push me into baptism so I never quite felt 100% about the church. I became increasingly distant and angry, putting it mildly, because I found out all the secret doctrine the church teaches, AFTER I was baptized. I am sick of them bothering me too. They keep sending me letters and phoning my home. I still keep in touch with the elder who baptized me; he's kinda like a boyfriend. He lives a few states away and I still write and talk to him on the phone. I have told him that I care for him but I'm not staying in a Church I believe is a cult. He said, "That's fine with me". He's a jack Mormon, due to the fact that he thinks very liberally about immoral issues. His attitude is I can do what I want and still go to the temple, no one will find out. I put up with it because I care about him, and I hope that talking to him more he might listen to just a tad bit of what I say about the church. Since joining the church and becoming disillusioned I am scared to trust anyone belonging to a church. I've always believed in JESUS but I have a hard time relating to him because of the church. I figured asking some advice from someone who's left the church might help. I have been trying to find your film THE GOD MAKERS. Do think you could help me; give me some ideas as to where I can purchase it? Thank you, Joselyn Dear Joselyn, you can get the film by calling 1-800-861-9888... you need to get into a good Bible based church and in fellowship with other believers, Joselyn. While it is right that you can have a personal faith far outside the regular body of Christ, you need Christian fellowship.. You don't have to join a church to do that.... visit a few and have fun checking things out! Ed______________________________________________________________________________ Another United Methodist Pastor Fired for Telling The Truth abut Freemasonry. Hi, Ed. This former pastor also wrote to Larry and to me. Regrettably I have to use the term, "former". Tom Hilton went to Plant City and spoke to the very small congregation there, this past Sunday morning. By Sunday afternoon, the district "poobahs" of the United Methodist religion removed Wade from the pulpit. He and his wife are in their mid-twenties. I do not know if she has had their baby yet, but it was one of those "any hour now" situations when I last spoke to Wade. Now, because of the heresy of the United Methodist religion, they will be out on the streets in two months, newborn baby and all. I know of three different occasions where UM pastors have spoken out on the issue of Freemasonry. One was relocated, the other two were fired. This happened in separate districts, so I can now only assume that this is the core sentiment of the entire religion. I can no longer bring myself to call it a denomination. As long as such things continue to happen, I know that I am not battling hard enough. I have committed to do more. In Christ, Duane Washum "Ed Decker" edecker@nwlink.com had written to Duane A.Washum emfj@juno.com and said: Duane, I received the following letter from a desperate pastor in Florida. Can you and your Ex-Masons for Jesus team get someone to him as quickly as you can Thanks Ed -----Original Message----- To: ed@saintsalive.com Dear Ed, I am Biblically grounded convert from Satanism (Praise God!) I am pastoring a small United Methodist Church in Florida. I find myself surrounded by Masonic families. I am torn at heart over this. I weep with God over this constantly. I write for one simple reason: brother, please send a former Freemason to our United Methodist Church as soon as possible to establish the things I have been teaching about the incompatibility Of Masonic involvement and Pure fellowship with Jesus the Christ. As Pastor I know that I must answer for the shepherding that I do here at Spring Head UMC. If I fail to sound the alarm, much blood will be on my hands (Ezekiel 32:1-9). I can do this myself. I know how. I am a gifted speaker with the power of God on my side. However, I think the establishment of the testimony of two witnesses is in order here. I require the help of a converted Mason. I must warn God's people. Please help me. The added weight of a reformed Mason is needed. People are dying. Please send us a Masonic Apologist. Wade Irish waji@hisnet.org Please respond QUICKLY, for I feel that I will soon be fired. ______________________________________________________________________________ To: ed@saintsalive.com Dear Ed, I am a Christian and my son is going out with a Mormon girl. She's very sweet. She's not very involved with her church right now. They've been going out for one year now. Last week I started to witness to her. My husband was a Mormon. I thought up until the time after we got married that Mormons were Christians that's when I began a very in-depth research on Mormonism. It took 17 very hard years for my husband to come to the Lord but God was good and answered my prayers. Now our son Jeff is seeing a Mormon girl. Anyway last week I began to witness to her and I gave her some pamphlets. . She listened and asked questions. She seems to be open. But she brought up your name. I guess some of the materials were yours. She researched about you and found out, from what her church says, that you were excommunicated because of adultery and for something about embezzling or something about money I don't remember. I told her I thought it was false because I thought you became a Christian and you left the church willingly. Anyway I'm writing to ask and to get the record straight and I can pass it on to her.Thank you so much. Your materials have gone a long way around here and still after all these years. I believe I picked these up back in '86-88. I remember your God Makers film, I had borrowed it, what an impression it made on my husband. God Bless you. I know your road hasnt been easy. Great is your reward!! Take care. BrendaDear Brenda See the copy of my Excommunication letter in this newsletter. The simple fact is that they are liars.
